At My Address Number, each order is carefully prepared and inspected before shipping. Our products are built to last and offer a quality finish. Due to the materials used and the manufacturing process, very slight imperfections may occasionally be visible on close examination. These do not affect the durability or overall appearance once installed.

Return period
You have thirty (30) days from receipt to submit an exchange or refund request.

Exchanges
We favor exchange when possible.
For a qualifying exchange, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. However, if you wish, we can provide you with a return label at our preferential rate to keep your costs down.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we ship the new item at our expense.
Refunds
In the case of a refund, the return costs are entirely at the customer's expense. It is your responsibility to return the product to us securely in its original packaging.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. A restocking fee of up to 5% may be applied if the packaging has been overhandled or damaged and adjustments are required to return the product to resalable condition. If necessary, photos can be sent to you.
The refund is made after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Eligibility requirements
To be eligible for a return, an item must:
• Be in a condition that allows for resale
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Not have been installed
• Remain sealed
• Have unused templates
Boxes can be opened for inspection and handled with care. If characters have been unsealed, only those that have remained sealed may be accepted.
Any item that does not comply with these conditions may be refused.
Ineligible items
The following are considered final sales:
• Any product assembled or configured specifically for your order
• Any item installed, modified or altered
• Any product that cannot be returned to inventory and resold as is.
Defective or damaged product on delivery
If your product has a defect upon receipt or has been damaged upon delivery, please complete this form within 48 hours of receipt. Photos are mandatory so that we can quickly assess the situation and offer you the appropriate solution.

Order Cancellation
An order can be cancelled as long as it has not been shipped.
If it has already been prepared, a restocking fee of up to 5% may apply.
