Our products are built to last and designed to withstand normal Canadian weather conditions. Each piece is inspected prior to shipment to ensure quality and compliance.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects that may appear over time, provided the product is installed and used under appropriate conditions.

The warranty begins on the date of purchase and remains valid with proof of invoice.

When a product includes both structural and electrical components, each element is covered under its respective warranty category.

What's Covered

The Warranty refers to manufacturing defects affecting:

• Structural integrity
• Abnormal delamination
• Warping not related to installation
• Premature corrosion under normal environmental conditions

The Warranty applies when:

• Installation complies with the provided instructions
• The product has not been modified
• The installation surface is stable and appropriate

What's not covered

The Warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused during installation
• Installation on an unstable or living surface, such as a tree
• Improper handling or use of unsuitable tools
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized alterations or modifications
• Damage caused by a third party
• Damage caused by snow, ice, or debris impact
• Products installed in environments with heavy exposure to salt, salt air, or highly abrasive conditions (e.g., immediate proximity to saltwater or an unpaved road)

Conditions of application

All applications must be accompanied by:

• Order number
• Proof of purchase
• Clear photos of the product and its installation

Claim Procedure

If you believe a manufacturing defect has occurred over time, please submit a request via our form below.

However, if your product has been damaged in transit, you have 48 hours following receipt to send us your request for a return for a damaged product.

When a claim is accepted, the product will be replaced.
If the model is no longer available, a product of similar value may be offered.

Limitation

The Warranty is limited to the replacement of the product found to be defective. No indirect or consequential damage is covered.

FAQ

Do I have to keep my invoice?

Yes. The warranty is valid upon presentation of proof of purchase. If you made your purchase at a trade show, it’s important to keep your paper receipt. For online purchases, your invoice was sent to you by email at the time of your order.

What is the LED warranty?

Electrical components, including the LED strips, power supply, and transformer, are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
