Where can I return my product?

The return can be made in person at our workshop located at 585 Robitaille Road, Shefford, Canada, J2M 1X2, or by carrier, after receiving our instructions by email.



Can I return a product that has already been installed?

No. Any product that has been installed, unpacked or modified is not eligible for return. Items must be in resalable condition.

Do I have to pay for shipping if I make an exchange?

No. Shipping of the new item is free as part of a qualifying exchange.

Who pays for the return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, in the case of an exchange, we can provide you with a return label at our preferential rate in order to limit your costs.
