Processing and delivery times
Each order is carefully prepared in our workshop in the Canada. Here, it's not an automated chain: it's a human who takes care of you, from start to finish.
Preparation usually takes between 1 and 5 business days before shipping. Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually varies between 1 and 5 business days depending on your region. That's why we indicate an overall time of 1 to 14 working days to receive your order.
If your order is urgent, do not hesitate to call us at 450-330-1044 or write to us after placing it. We will always do our best to help you.
Product Manufacturing
Our products are assembled to order. Some items are prepared in advance, but each door number, address plaque Address or mailbox is personalized, checked and packaged one by one in our workshop.
For non-boutique products or special projects, lead times can vary between 1 and 4 weeks depending on complexity. ARCH luminaires, on the other hand, may require a lead time of up to 10 weeks in the event of a stock shortage.
Train operators
The carrier is selected at the time of shipment based on your address to ensure the best possible service. In some remote areas, we use Canada Post. If you prefer this carrier, just mention it in your order notes.
As soon as your package leaves our workshop, an email is sent to you with your tracking number. If you have any questions about delivery, we invite you to first consult this tracking number. If any movement seems unusual or if you have any doubts, write to us and we will make the necessary checks with the carrier.
Deposit at the door
Packages are usually left at your doorstep. If you want a different option, just indicate it in the comments at checkout.
Shipping address
It is important to provide a complete and accurate address when placing your order. If the carrier is unable to locate your home or the address is incorrect, additional charges may apply.
We also suggest that you clearly display your door number if it is not already the case, in order to facilitate delivery.
Lost or damaged package
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have not been delivered, contact us quickly with your order number. We will take charge of the situation and follow up as necessary to resolve everything effectively.
Picking at the workshop
It is also possible to pick up your order directly at our workshop located at 585 Robitaille Road in Shefford (Canada).
Pick-up times are as follows:
Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Outside these hours, an agreement may be possible. Just write to us.
Shipping in Canada and internationally
We ship anywhere in Canada at a fixed price of $9.99. This amount is lower than the actual cost of shipping. At My Address Number, we have chosen to cover part of the transport costs in order to offer you a more accessible rate.
For orders outside of Canada, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address. The time usually varies between 1 and 4 weeks and shipping is done by Canada Post.
