What do I need to pose My Address Number ?

That's the strength of our product: not much! Setting up your outdoor address is designed to be simple and accessible. Simply your drill (or your neighbor's!) and maybe a stepladder if necessary!

Is it very complicated to set your own address?

It is very simple to put your civic address yourself, just follow the 5 steps of the instructions which consist of placing the level of the on the template, tracing holes with the pencil provided in the spaces provided, drilling your sidind On the marks you just made, put silicone on the threaded rods and thread your skill! On what sidind Can we install our addresses?

You can install it easily on almost any flooring. The provided drill bit drills through natural wood, treated wood, sidind (MAC), vinyl clabord, sheet metal, metal and many others. Natural stone, brick, concrete, and any form of masonry are of a harder consistency, it can be difficult to drill with the drill bit provided in the installation kit. We therefore recommend that you use a strand provided for this purpose if you are unable to do so. You should definitely use a hammer drill for these types of sidind, but don't worry, everyone can do it!

What materials are the addresses made of?

The plates and numbers are made of aluminum composite (alupanel). Cut and assembled directly in our workshop. The numbers are fixed using two-surface industrial adhesive tape. The threaded rods are securely attached to the address plaque with the help of glue.

What is the Warranty ?

Our addresses are guaranteed for 5 years against defects (numbers or plates that come off), against twisting. Slight discoloration due to the sun may be normal after a few years, however.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times range from 1 to 14 business days. Generally our packages are received in 2 to 5 days. When your order leaves our workshop, we will send you an email to track your order in real-time, anywhere in Canada.

How much are the transport costs?

For Canada, regular shipping is $9.99. For the United States and the rest of the world, the fare is calculated at checkout.

How can I pay?

Simply pay with your credit card or PayPal at the time of purchase. Our transactions are safe and secure.

Since I don't have a visible address, how will the delivery person find my house?

Great question! We advise you to leave a paper in the window if the delivery person cannot find your home, there could be delays and additional costs.

What kind of address should I choose?

We advise you to choose a address plaque of contrasting address to your sidind. In addition, it is preferable to attach its address to a strategic place on your home, such as under a light fixture near the door. Evaluate the available space in order to make the right choice: vertical or horizontal format? If you plan to put the address on a column, it may be worth using a vertical address.

What happens if I have a letter in my address (e.g. 96a)?

Do you make words?

Yes, in the Linea model you can use the 2'' letters to write words. In addition, we make the words: THE, HUNDRED, HUNDRED, TEN, ELEVEN, SIX, THIRTEEN, TWENTY, in the Contemporaines in formats of 6, 9, 12. These products are only by special order (therefore not eligible for promotions, not eligible for return and may take 1-4 weeks to produce). It is important to check with your municipality if this type of posting is permitted and we strongly suggest that you also post your address in a prominent number in another location.

Do you make other fonts?

No, we work with our products in order to respond quickly to orders. If you have a commercial project of several units, please write to us at info@myaddressnumber.com and we will evaluate the possibilities.

I just saw a promotion, but I already ordered. What to do?

If you received your order BEFORE the promotion, the discount does not apply. However, if you made your purchase while the promotion is in progress, we honor the discount, simply write us an email at info@myaddressnumber.com with your order number and request. If you have benefited from another promotion, we cannot honour the discount.

Boxing Day

Please note that for the Boxing Day sale, no adjustments will be possible after your order has been finalized. If the promo code was not entered at the time of purchase or if the order was placed before the promotion was discovered, unfortunately we will not be able to apply the discount retroactively.

Can I apply two promotions together?

No, the system only accepts one promotion at a time. Promo codes are not cumulative and offers cannot be combined. Contractors and dealers are not eligible for other additional discounts.

How do I personalise my Linea address?

On the Linea product page, click on the box labelled "Create your address". This tool allows you to easily set up your personalized illuminated civic number. This tool allows you to configure your product in just a few clicks.

How do I fill in the customization fields?

First, select the positioning of the characters: at the top, at the bottom, or on both sides of the bar. Then, fill in the fields according to what you want to display: 2'' letters (word, last name, street, first name), 7'' or 9'' numbers depending on the desired visibility.

Can I see a Preview ?

Yes, a Preview Dynamic is automatically displayed during customization.

Can I return a Linea address?

Yes, as long as it has not been installed and it complies with the return conditions: new, unused product, in its original packaging.
